Router validating identity netgear

I can't access the router settings (192.168.0.1) now because it can't connect to the router. I'm just not sure what I did wrong.follow instructions here to reset router to factory defaults using reset button: go back through the wizard and do one less that "best", and see how that works out for you. My wireless setting is able to access internet and email but I got a pop-up message saying "windows is unable to find certificate" and my wireless network settings lists my router's status as "validating identity". if you need the router over the weekend, revert to defaults one more time, go with no security other that "require user login" and then plan on calling the real tech support guys at 3gstore on monday.

I had to unplug my Franklin 680 modem from the router and plug it back into my laptop to access the internet. So these messages are appearing yet I seem to be connected. Hi Southpaw, I set up an MBR-1000 yesterday and one of my Windows machines did the exact same thing.

But if you’re interested in sheltering your child, there’s an equally lavish smorgasbord of parental control and net nannying tools at your disposal.

It connected perfectly fine and I used it for about 2 weeks with no problems at all.

I set up the router with WPA2-PSK secruity and a password.

Hi, This is my first EVDO router and just the second router I have ever owned so I apologize in advance if this is going to sound like a noob question/problem. My wireless network list shows the router there and when I click "connect" it says it connected after entering the network key.

I got my MBR1000 today via fedex and followed the setup instructions that were included (I wished they were more detailed) Anyway, I got to the part where you set up security and I wasn't sure which to pick (WPA, WEP, etc) so I picked the option that was labeled "best". But my little wireless icon at the bottom never says it connects and no web browsing either.
